Rev. Brandan Scott Eddy
Pastor - Head of Staff
The Rev. Brandan Scott Eddy is Pastor and Head of Staff at Schoharie United Presbyterian Church. Born into a military family, Rev. Eddy moved around a lot in his youth. Settling in Belleville, Illinois in 1995, a suburb of St. Louis, he grew up primarily in that area. Graduating High School in 2002, he went on to serve in the United States Marine Corps, in which he found God's calling to ordained ministry, passionate about sharing a more inclusive message of Grace and Reconciliation, especially to those who thought it previously out of reach. Rev. Eddy has received degrees in B.S. of Computer Science, and a Masters of Divinity from Eden Theological Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri. Always a student at heart, Rev. Eddy is continuing his education in the areas of Pastoral Care and Counseling, Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counseling, and Sign Language Interpreting. Rev. Eddy also currently moonlights as a Resident Chaplain Student in the Clinical Pastoral Education Program at Albany Medical Center, in Albany NY.
In his free time, Rev. Eddy enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. Some of his favorite hobbies includes music, especially Irish Folk, currently learning the Uilleann Pipes (Irish Bag Pipes), video games, going to the movies, doing something outdoors, or just taking a ride on the motorcycle.

Linda joined the Schoharie United Presbyterian Church family on Dec. 1st, 2014 as Office Administrator. Linda came to SUPC bringing a wealth of experience, previously working within the executive secretarial field for over 30 years, and having recently retired from her previous position at Layne Christensen Company in late 2012.
Linda is a native to the Schenectady and Delanson area, and has lived here in Schoharie for over 35 years. In her free time, Linda loves sewing, quilting and reading. Linda is also an active member of her Church in Gallupville, where she worships and serves. Linda is the mother of 4 wonderful children, which have blessed her life with 7 grandchildren, all of whom live here in the Schoharie area, allowing her to spend lots of time with them. Linda is happy to be part of the SUPC Family and invites you to come say hello the next time you stop in!
Schoharie United Presbyterian Church owns St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, located at the back of the church property. The Lutheran Cemetery Association, headed by Superintendent Donn Stanley, is charged with the oversight and care of the cemetery. For more information, please click HERE
Christian After-School Program Director
Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Darlene was in the U.S. Air Force for 9+ years, where she met her husband. Moving to Cobleskill in 1988 with her husband and daughter, Darlene has worked in many roles, including computer programming and management. In 2015, Darlene started working with schools as a substitute teacher for children with special needs. Now, starting in September of 2016, Darlene joined the staff at SUPC directing the Ecumencial Christian After-School Program.
Christian After-School Assitant Program Director
Originally from Long Island, NY, Margaret is now a resident of Esperance along with her husband, Rick. Margaret is a mother of two grown children. In addition to her work with the After-School Program, Margaret works as a subsitute teacher in Middleburgh, Schoharie, and Duanesburg. She also has a Masters degree in Elementary Education. Margaret is enjoying her time working with the After-School Program, feeling it is a great opportunity to get to know and work with the students, exploring with them about the love of God.
Christian After-School Program Aide
Billy is a 24-year old resident of Gallupville, NY. Prior to his addition here at the Christian After-School Program, Billy served in the U.S. Air Force with the unit at Stratton Air National Guard Base in Scotia, NY, working on airplanes. In 2015, Billy began working at Schoharie Elementary School in a special education classroom as an aide, and now works at the Whispering Pines Pre-School located inside of Schoharie Elementary. Billy is currently pursuing a degree at SUNY Cobleskill in Early Childhood Education with the desire to one day teach at the School. Billy is a talented muscian, and enjoys singing and playing songs with the students. Faith is also very important in his life and being able to share the love of Jesus with the students at the After-School program is the best part of his day!
