Parish Leader

Andrea Holroyd is Parish Leader and Head of Staff at Schoharie United Presbyterian Church. She earned her Masters of Divinity in 2010 from Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School in Rochester, NY, and received her undergraduate degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2007. 

Andrea comes from a musical family and regularly shares her delight in God through creative use of music in worship, even playing Scottish Highland bagpipes on Easter morning to celebrate the Resurrection! Andrea leads worship in a traditional style, but will use contemporary elements where appropriate to enhance the spiritual tone. 

Andrea participates with the local ecumenical clergy study groups and through those organizations engages Schoharie United Presbyterian Church in ecumenical worship opportunities.

Andrea is available for consultation or to lend an ear and a prayer. Office hours are generally 11am-3pm Tuesday through Friday. Call the church office for updated availability.  

Linda briggs

Office Administrator

Linda joined the Schoharie United Presbyterian Church family on December 1st, 2014 as Office Administrator. Linda came to SUPC bringing a wealth of experience, previously working within the secretarial field for over 30 years, and having recently retired from her previous position at Layne Christensen Company in late 2012.

Linda is a native to the Schenectady and Delanson area, and has lived here in Schoharie for over 35 years. In her free time, Linda loves sewing, quilting and reading. Linda is also an active member of her church in Gallupville, where she worships and serves. Linda is the mother of four wonderful children, who have blessed her life with seven (soon eight!) grandchildren, all of whom live here in the Schoharie area, allowing her to spend lots of time with them.

Linda is happy to be part of the SUPC family and invites you to come say hello the next time you stop in!

Donn Stanley


Schoharie United Presbyterian Church owns St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, located at the back of the church property. The Lutheran Cemetery Association, headed by Superintendent Donn Stanley, is charged with the oversight and care of the cemetery. For more information, please click HERE
